Famly Community

Find out how you can be involved in the future of the Famly platform.

To kick off 2020, we’re very proud to announce the launch of our new Famly Community and refreshed Help Centre. You can read more below, or jump straight in and start exploring by clicking here.

What is the Famly Community?

The Famly Community is a place to connect with the Product team and the Customer Success team at Famly, as well as other early years settings that are using Famly.

Feature Requests

In ‘Feature Requests’, you can share ideas directly with our Product team about changes within Famly that you think might make your work day easier or improve the experience for the staff, parents, or children. You can also browse what other Famly customers have suggested, and upvote or comment on ideas that you find interesting.

General Discussion and FAQs

This is where you can connect with both the Famly Customer Success team and other Famly customers to get your questions answered on a wide range of early years topics surrounding best practice and how to run your setting successfully.

You can also ask specific questions related to the Famly platform or pitch in and answer other users’ questions to help other early years settings succeed.

Why are we doing this?

We want to make sure that customers like you have your voices heard. To do this, we want to involve you more in future development processes and to continue taking our customers feedback and advice onboard. That’s why we’ve set up the Famly Community.

How can you get involved?

As a Famly customer, you already have access. Just make sure you’re logged in, and then from within the platform, click the question mark in the top right corner, then ‘Community’. You can also visit the community directly by typing this link into your web browser:
