No! There’s no set-up fee. Your annual or monthly subscription includes setup, a full onboarding, and free, unlimited support via chat and over the phone.

On average, it typically takes a setting 2 - 4 weeks to get set up, and get the whole team familiar with the system. Some settings are completely up and running in a week, others give themselves a month and a more leisurely on-boarding timetable. It’s all up to you! Whatever you decide, our customer success team will work with you to create a custom onboarding plan that works best for your needs.

Of course you can! Most systems have a way for you to export your children’s basic details onto a spreadsheet, and from there we can do a bulk upload onto the Famly platform. We wrote an entire Help Centre section with detailed instructions on how to export from specific systems right here.

Absolutely. We have an outstanding customer success team ready to answer your questions from right inside the app, or over the phone. Just head into our in-app chat function, and you can reach one of our lovely team members personally. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Yes! You can easily upgrade and add specific features from right inside the Famly app. We made an entire Famly store, just for you, for that very purpose. We want to give you the flexibility to add and upgrade as you please, so it’s ready and waiting for you if you need it.
