Personal onboarding & setup

When you choose to go with Famly, you’re choosing a more personal way to get set up and running. Every new setting will receive personalised onboarding support, along with access to our full support centre of set-up articles and videos.

We’ll guide you through adding children and parents to the system, making that first invoice run, and even give you the tools you need to pass all that information down to your staffing team. The best part? Unlike most other software providers it won’t cost you an extra penny.
