Early Childhood Director at Bright Horizons
Before joining Bright Horizons, Caroline acted as Director of Early Years Education for two nursery groups in the UK, and EYFS Manager with a Local Authority. She has a proven track record in developing and leading strategic and operational plans that deliver sustained improvements in operational practice and inspection results, and is currently working part time as a University Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies.
