Terms regarding affiliate customers

These Promotional Offer Terms (“Terms”) are the terms governing a promotional offer for the Famly Platform subscription provided by Famly ApS (“Famly”) to customers exclusively based in the UK. As a legally authorized representative of your organization, you accept and agree to these Terms by booking a demo with Famly.

1. The offer/discount 

Famly has entered into agreements with certain selected affiliates regarding certain discounts and/or offers. As a customer of one of our selected affiliates, you can benefit from offers on subscriptions to Famly.

Such offers are made available to you by the affiliate (such as via the affiliate website, email newsletter or other promotional material).

2. Eligibility criteria

You, as a customer of our selected affiliates, qualify for a discount/offer under the respective affiliate agreement as presented to you by the affiliate, provide that:

1. You are a new customer to Famly or you have not had a contract with Famly in the last 12 months prior to the date of signing up for the offer.
2. You have made use of a valid affiliate link in the online affiliate sign-up process, and you are a proven customer of the affiliate business.
3. You have reached an agreement to become a Famly customer on an annual subscription, and accepted the Famly Terms and Conditions, within 30 days of receiving a demo from Famly.

3. The Discount Offer

If you fulfil the above requirements, you will be entitled to ONE OF either:

• 25% off of the price of a Famly Premium Package Subscription for the first 3 months, or;
• 25% off of the price of a Famly Professional Package Subscription for the first 6 months.

4. Claiming the discount/offer

Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, the offered discount will be deducted from the subscription in your contract with Famly.

You cannot combine the offer under the affiliate programme with any other ongoing offers, promotions or discounts offered by Famly outside of the scope of the affiliate programme.

5. Changes to these terms

Famly retains the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement at any given time.
