Dr. Teri DeLucca is the Founder & CEO of Impact Early Education, award-winning published author and recognized speaker. In addition to being a preschool, she has a dual PhD in educational psychology and previously worked in research focused on early intervention and social-emotional development. This unique combination gives her unique insight into professional development. She founded Impact Early Education in 2020 to help directors lead and provide teachers with effective strategies.
